🔵 Phase I : We find the BEST of the best!

Great! you’ve hired us to find your perfect virtual assistant! By the time you’ve paid your invoice our team is already on the hunt for VA’s that will fit the role you’re searching for.

The recruiting team will put together a panel of strong candidates that have survived the first round of interviews. This is usually a group of 5-10 qualified virtual assistants. We ask that they shoot a 2 minute or less personal video explaining why they feel qualified for the job, their work history and what they do for fun.

Once the videos have been reviewed by you, it’s time to pick the ones that stand out for a one-on-one placement interview.

🔵 Phase II : Hiring day!

Congratulations! You’ve picked the perfect virtual assistant. You’re excited and almost finished with the process. Once we come up with an offer that works for both parties, contracts are signed and we set the start date.

🔵 Phase III : Training + Your VA’s first day

Sweet! Your virtual assistant is ready to get started. If needed, we will train your VA as we transition them into your business. It’s critical that you and your VA are prepared to work together. You will have bi-weekly check in calls with our Client Success Team, just to make sure things are seamless and you are pumped with the results so far.

WARRANTY : What happens if I need a replacement?

Not happy with your VA? No problem. As long as it’s a reasonable issue, we will repeat the process until we get it right for the whole year! Can’t think of a much better plan than that.
